evaluation

At The Whole Child, we believe in spending time getting to know you and your child before creating a plan of care. That’s why our evaluations are booked for 4 hours. This allows our therapists to assess your child’s development across all areas of our scopes of practice. We develop the plan with you, including your expertise and goals as the parent.

Evaluations may be completed in person if you’re located near Louisville, Kentucky. Evaluations may be completed virtually if you’re located elsewhere in Kentucky or Indiana.

direct therapy

Our one-hour block scheduling is designed to prioritize your child’s growth as well as reduce burnout for therapists. Each one-hour session includes time for preparation and documentation, so your therapist is ready to treat your child and you’re kept informed. You’ll be present with your child and learn strategies and techniques you can apply in real time.

Direct therapeutic intervention is available in-person in Louisville, Kentucky and surrounding areas. Virtual teletherapy is available across Kentucky and Indiana.

parent coaching

In addition to direct services in Kentucky and Indiana, parents across the globe can access holistic, child-centered care from the comfort of their homes. While licensing regulations prevent us from providing direct therapy outside of Kentucky and Indiana, our parent coaching system can help you address struggles your child is facing in their natural environments. Additionally, our team can help you find support services in your area.
